1.Product Description
Cyclodextrin has a hole at the center of its cyclic structure, with
an oxygen atom bound by -CH- and glucose glycosides inside,
presenting a sulfur-aqueous property. The -OH groups at the 2nd,
3rd, and 6th positions of glucose are hydrophilic and can complex
other molecules into inclusion complexes through weak van der Waals
forces.
