1. Increase the water solubility of poorly soluble drugs
For example: Dihydroartemisinin and artemether are insoluble in water. After
being encapsulated with hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin, their
solubility can meet the requirements of powder injection.

Hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin is one of the earliest
beta-cyclodextrin derivatives used as a pharmaceutical excipient.
It is easily soluble in water and overcomes the disadvantage of low
solubility of beta-cyclodextrin. The solubility can reach more than
100g/100ml water at room temperature. The low-substituted HPBCD
produced by our company has a beta residue of less than 0.1%, which
greatly improves the safety performance of the product. It is
