The molecular shape of gamma cyclodextrin is a conical ring, with
the special properties of hydrophobic inner cavity and hydrophilic
outer cavity. It can encapsulate other molecules in its internal
cavity to form a stable inclusion complex, reduce oxidation,
passivate photosensitivity and heat sensitivity, reduce volatility,
and can also mask odors, improve water solubility, and enhance
bioavailability.

1). In pharmaceutical field, Gamma Cyclodextrin pharmaceutical
grade and medicine could produce inclusion compound,
